What data we collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry - for example, to schedule a demo or answer a question about our products.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, where the enquiry leads to a business relationship, our legitimate interest and the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site). This only happens if you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner - see "Cookies we use" below.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Cookies we use

We use Google's Consent Mode: our tag manager container loads on every page visit, but no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google until you actively accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Who we share data with

• Contact form submissions are stored in our content management system, hosted within the EU.
• Analytics data (only if you consent) is processed by Google Ireland Limited as our data processor, under Google's standard data processing terms. Some data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law (for example, accounting or tax obligations). You can ask us to delete your data at any time - see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• restrict or object to our processing of your data;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
